Join us from March 10th to 22nd, 2026, on a soul-stirring journey through India’s sacred landscapes. This retreat invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the quiet impulse of your inner truth.

We begin with the International Yoga Festival on the sacred banks of the Ganges, a vibrant convergence of yogic teachings, music, mantra, and movement. From there, we weave through ashram’s, temple visits, fire rituals, and guided cultural immersions,  along with meditations and dips in the ganga, each moment intentionally crafted to awaken the heart and ground the soul.

As we move north to Dharamshala, we’ll visit the serene Norbulingka Institute and the Dalai Lama’s monastery, diving into Tibetan Buddhist artistry and visiting a sacred shiva temple. We then arrive at our mountain lodge, cradled in the powerful stillness and subtle shakti of the mountains, a place that naturally invites presence, reverence, and release. During our stay at Dharamshala we will be hiking up Triund Mountain where you will experience a sense of freedom and liberation once you reach the top.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be held in practices of stillness, intuitive movement, and breath, complemented by immersive sound healing journeys that help open portals to deeper states of consciousness and healing. For those seeking deeper integration, optional 1:1 sessions with a gifted sound alchemist will be available to support your personal process.

We are creating a holistic container, a sacred pause from the rush of life, to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. With intentional practices, cultural depth, and space for true reflection, this retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself.
