Welcome to Ananda Veda, our Byron Bay spring retreat and program. Immersed in the serenity of nature, our retreat offers a sacred space to reconnect with ancient wisdom through asana, mantra, kriya, meditation, and the timeless rhythms of the Vedas woven into daily life.

It’s more than a retreat – it includes a 21-day post-retreat integration program to support lasting change in health, wellbeing, and spiritual alignment.
